Money=Sanity
Say what you want, but money does bring happiness. As I prepare myself for yet another job change, it occurs to me that all the people that say money is not everything, clearly dont know what the hell they are talking about. Money is absolutely everything. As you can prob guess, I am changing jobs again because I am being offered more money. Quite a bit more than what I am currently making. However, I will be working a lot harder and putting in more hours. When I gave my notice the discussion about maintaining ones sanity came up in the conversation. They were talking about why I would want to work so much harder when they can offer me a raise and keep my nice and easy office job. This new job is not in an office and they pay pretty good. But when it comes to sanity, nothing makes me more insane than not being able to afford things. I may just be a greedy bastard but to me, money makes the world go 'round.

It's not greedy. You're just not at the stage where you are worry-free. first comes essentials: shelter, food, clothing. Then comes some items to makes one's life livable: furniture, entertainment, some spending money. Then come luxuries like fancy cars, vacations, and homes. Then comes lifestyles of the rich and famous.
One can always find more things to spend money on, it's just where you draw the line and say: life is good and I am worry-free.
